- Education: Diploma in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or a related technical discipline).
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in operating industrial water treatment plants (WTP), effluent treatment plants (ETP), or sewage treatment plants (STP).
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of RO, Ultrafiltration (UF), Demineralisation (DM), aeration, and sedimentation processes.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using water testing kits, pH meters, TDS meters, and interpreting laboratory data.
- Tool Handling: Experience with mechanical tools, basic electrical troubleshooting, and reading piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID;).
