Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations for e-commerce fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, inventory accuracy, and smooth inbound and outbound logistics. The role involves supervising warehouse associates, maintaining productivity, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving continuous process improvements to support customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor order flow and prioritize urgent shipments during peak periods.

Inventory Management

- Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for stock replenishment.

Team Management

- Supervise, train, coach, and motivate warehouse associates.
- Prepare shift schedules and allocate manpower based on daily workload.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide regular performance feedback.




- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.

Quality & Process Compliance

- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and shipment of orders.
- Minimizes order errors, damages, and returns through quality checks.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Technology & Reporting

- Operate and monitor Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and shipping platforms.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, dispatch turnaround time, and productivity.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 38 years of experience in warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and courier management is preferred.

Required Skills

- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes.
- Experience with inventory management and stock control.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work for extra hours shifts and during peak sales periods.
