Role Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our Chakan, Pune facility.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching raw materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations.

Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.

Monitor inventory and maintain stock accuracy.

Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

Maintain inward and outward documentation.





Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Minimize stock discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials.

Qualifications

Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.

Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

Experience in shipping and receiving.

Knowledge of material handling.

Forklift operation experience is an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software).

Good leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred.

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Working Hours

Regular Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Note: During material receiving or dispatch, working hours may be extended by 1–2 hours depending on operational requirements.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
