We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Stock Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring efficient storage and movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
- Update inventory records in Excel or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production, dispatch, and other departments.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excess inventory, or discrepancies.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety,



and proper material handling practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
