Role Description The Warehouse Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role oversees daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching pet products to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment for retail locations and customers.

Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, optimizing storage layouts, ensuring proper stock rotation, and maintaining safe, organized work areas. The manager leads and develops warehouse team members, assigns tasks and schedules, monitors performance,



and promotes adherence to company policies and safety standards. The role also collaborates with purchasing, retail, and logistics teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support excellent service to pet parents.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills and team leadership experience, including coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Warehouse Management to oversee end-to-end warehouse workflows and process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with Inventory Control, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and use of inventory management systems.
- Customer Service mindset to support internal stakeholders and contribute to reliable, timely product availability for pet parents.
- Experience in retail or FMCG distribution; pet industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage physical aspects of warehouse operations, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field preferred.
