- Receive incoming shipments and cross-check every item against the process/shipment file sent by the sending warehouse.
- Reconcile process files against the original manifests to track which items have arrived and which are still pending across multiple shipments.
- Flag and document any discrepancies, missing items, or damaged goods immediately.
Quality Check &
- Grading
- Physically inspect every received item and assign a condition grade (Good / Open Box / Acceptable / Defective) based on our grading guidelines.
- Log graded items into our inventory system with accurate condition notes and shelf location.
- Identify items that cannot be listed and flag them for review.
Inventory &
- Shelf Management
- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse with a logical shelf/bin location system so any item can be located within minutes.
- Keep inventory records up to date in Shopify and internal tracking tools no phantom stock, no unlisted items sitting on shelf.
- Coordinate with the listing team to ensure graded items are listed promptly.
Dispatch &
- Fulfilment
- Pick, pack, and dispatch sold orders accurately and on time.
- Mark orders as shipped in Shopify with correct courier details and tracking numbers.
- Maintain packing materials inventory and flag when restocking is needed.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfilment, retail stockroom, or similar hands-on operations role.
- Strong attention to detail — you catch discrepancies before they become problems.
- Comfortable with basic software: can learn Shopify's inventory and order management interface quickly (prior Shopify experience is a bonus, not a requirement).
- Physically active role — comfortable being on your feet and working in a warehouse-cum-office setting.
- Reliable and self-directed: we're a small team and need someone who owns their responsibilities without constant follow-up.
- Good written communication for logging notes, flagging issues, and coordinating with the team.
Good to Have
- Prior experience at an e-commerce seller, D2C brand, or returns/refurbishment operation.
- Familiarity with any inventory management tool (Zoho Inventory, Shopify, or similar).
- Basic experience with courier/logistics platforms (Shiprocket, Delhivery portal, etc.).
