- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage warehouse staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor inventory and conduct regular physical stock verification against system records.
- Oversee loading and unloading activities to minimize damage and stock loss.
- Maintain stock movement records, damage reports, and other warehouse documentation.
- Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Train and guide warehouse team members to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
- Identify process improvements and implement warehouse best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Eligibility
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of warehouse experience in the FMCG industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
