Position: Executive – Warehouse

Department: Warehouse

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification:

- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Experience in Pharmaceutical / API Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage as per GMP guidelines.
- Perform material inward and outward activities.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Procurement teams.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Prepare and update warehouse documentation and reports.
- Support stock verification and internal/external audits.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Basic understanding of GMP and documentation.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP is an added advantage.
