Warden for Boys Hostel

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all students residing in the boys' hostel.

- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.

- Monitor students' attendance, movement, and daily routine.

- Supervise hostel staff, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.

- Allocate hostel rooms and maintain occupancy records.

- Address students' concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.

- Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms and common areas.

- Coordinate with parents regarding student welfare whenever required.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.

- Monitor food quality and coordinate with the mess/canteen staff.

- Maintain records such as attendance registers, leave records, visitor logs, and incident reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and health regulations.

- Coordinate with the college/school administration during admissions, inspections, and hostel-related activities.

- Organize orientation sessions and promote a positive hostel environment.





- Be available during emergencies and provide immediate support to students.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

- Experience in hostel administration, student affairs, or residential supervision is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle student-related issues with maturity and professionalism.

- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.

- Willingness to stay on campus, if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
