Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide subject matter expertise on US, UK, and international calling processes.

- Handle customer queries related to billing, sales, and service issues.

- Resolve complex customer complaints through effective communication skills.

- Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated cases efficiently.

- Meet performance targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in an International BPO workplace handling voice calls (US & UK).

- Strong knowledge of international voice processing procedures and regulations.

- Proficiency in resolving customer grievances via phone calls using excellent communication skills.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational offs.

- Location Chennai

- Work mode- Work from Office.
