Who is Eligible:

1) Only experienced 6 months & above in customer support (Chat/Email/Voice)

2) Should have excellent written skills

3) Should be an immediate joiner

4) Should be adaptable to work in night shifts

5) Should be flexible to rotational weekoffs(Not on saturdays & sundays)

Salary :( Not negotiable)





6 months to 1yr - Rs 19845 take home per month + Rs 2000 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

I yr and above Rs 22000 take home per month and +Rs 2400 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

Key Responsibilities:

- Chat within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
- Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
