Required Experience:
- 5+ years of Workday technical development experience.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Workday implementation project.
- Strong experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Advantages, or Recruiting integrations.
- Hands-on experience with data conversion and migration activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Integration Certification.
- Experience with Workday Extend.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
