Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill sets to identify suitable candidates.
- Perform candidate screening, resume evaluation, and initial technical/communication assessments.
- Experience working on US staffing requirements including contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring priorities and provide timely updates.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate follow-ups, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers, handle candidate queries, and support successful closures.




- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and daily activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with US IT staffing lifecycle and recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.

- Good knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience working on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
- Solid candidate relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in US Shift timings.
