Role & responsibilities

- Acquisition of high-net-worth customers in the mapped geography.

- To know & offer various banking products to both individuals and institutional set of customers.

- To be the subject matter expert representative face of DCB BANK for the HNW banking segment.

- Individual role with New-to-bank customer acquisition responsibility for Liability and other banking products

- Work as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Track & achieve of allocated goal sheet targets and performance benchmarks as per units business objectives

- Understand various banking products and processes for both individual and institutional customer segments.

- Monitor operational compliances & maintain business MIS thereof

Preferred candidate profile





- Should have done HNW customer acquisition role before

- High sales orientation/ relationship skills

- Understanding of banking products and services

- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills in both English and the local language

- Able to manage complex client situations & multi-tasking

- Strength to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to engage and manage all hierarchies incl CXOs / Senior leadership team of Institutional segments.

Experience of regulatory guidelines and norms will be excellent advantage
