About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter with a solid background in hiring for Data Center, Energy, Power, and Engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, BIM, Architectural, and related engineering professionals for clients across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.
- Recruit for roles such as:

- Electrical Engineers

- Mechanical Engineers

- Structural Engineers

- Architectural Designers

- BIM Engineers/Coordinators

- Firmware Engineers

- Commissioning Engineers

- Project Engineers

- Data Center Engineers
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent.
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting delivery targets.
- Maintain ATS/database and provide recruitment status reports.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Engineering Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for Data Center, Energy, Power, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, or Engineering Consulting clients.
- Strong understanding of engineering disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, and BIM.
- Experience recruiting for US-based clients is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
