Role & responsibilities
- Assist in API production activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Operate and monitor production equipment under the guidance of seniors.
- Record batch manufacturing data accurately.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Support cleaning, line clearance, and equipment preparation.
- Report any deviations or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Participate in training programs and learn manufacturing processes.
- Comply with company policies and EHS requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/API manufacturing.
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and discipline.
