Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tour Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations for Thailand bookings. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, be able to work efficiently under deadlines, and ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements while maintaining the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day operations for confirmed FIT, GIT, and MICE bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, attractions, and other suppliers in Thailand.
- Prepare and issue hotel vouchers, transfer vouchers, service confirmations, and travel documents.
- Ensure timely booking confirmations and operational accuracy.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding booking requirements and special requests.
- Monitor arrivals, departures, and in-house guests to ensure smooth operations.




- Handle amendments, cancellations, and last-minute operational changes efficiently.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain effective communication with suppliers and travel agents.
- Verify booking details before travel and ensure all services are delivered as confirmed.
- Maintain accurate operational records and update internal systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational quality at every stage.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in Tour Operations, DMC, or the travel industry.
- Knowledge of Thailand destinations, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and travel reservation systems.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
