Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) and TPA insurance claim processes.

- Ensure timely claim submission, follow-up, and reimbursement.

- Coordinate with doctors, billing, and medical records teams for documentation.

- Resolve claim rejections and minimize denials.

- Maintain compliance with hospital and insurer guidelines.

- Prepare claim status and revenue reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Management preferred).

- 25 years of experience in hospital insurance claims, PM-JAY, or TPA operations.

- Good knowledge of PM-JAY portal, TPA processes, and medical documentation.

- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel and hospital management software.
