We are looking for a compassionate and committed Assistant Manager - Human Resources who believes that great teams build great schools This role is perfect for someone with strong recruitment experience and a working knowledge of HR compliance and payroll who also understands the critical role of people in nurturing young minds At the heart of this role is a focus on people-first practices recruiting with care ensuring compliance with integrity and supporting our teams so they can give their best to children and families every day Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Core focus - 3 years Lead the end-to-end hiring process for teaching and non-teaching roles across centres Partner with Centre Heads and Academic Leads to understand staffing needs and build robust pipelines Create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract passionate educators and support staff HR Compliance Payroll Minimum 1 year Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and early years regulatory requirements PF ESIC gratuity maternity leave etc Support monthly payroll processes by validating attendance leaves and statutory deductions Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation for audit readiness People Support Culture Be a go-to person for employee queries related to advantages leaves and policies Support employee engagement initiatives across centres Help implement HR best practices that foster a safe inclusive and values-driven workplace What We re Looking For A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business or a related field MBA PGDM in HR is a plus 4 years of total HR experience including 3 years in recruitment and 1 year in payroll compliance Familiarity with HR practices in the education or service sector is an advantage Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and payroll basics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural empathy for people You ll Thrive in This Role If You Are Detail-oriented ethical and able to maintain confidentiality A strong team player who leads with empathy and believes in building a culture of trust and care Excited to work in a dynamic purpose-driven environment Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 480 000 00 per year Work Location In person
