Job Title System Administrator IT Incharge Location Sanjay Ghodawat International School Kolhapur Position Type Full-time Joining Immediate Job Summary Sanjay Ghodawat International School is seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator IT Incharge to oversee and manage the school s IT infrastructure The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing file servers fiber optic networks biometric systems and computer labs This role requires a proactive individual capable of maintaining seamless IT operations and supporting academic and administrative teams Key Responsibilities Manage monitor and maintain the school s file server ensuring data security and regular backups Administer and troubleshoot fiber optic network infrastructure including switches routers and connectivity issues Maintain and support biometric attendance systems ensuring accurate and uninterrupted operation Oversee the setup maintenance and smooth functioning of computer labs including software installation system imaging and hardware troubleshooting Provide technical support for staff and students resolving hardware and software issues Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely maintenance and upgrades Ensure IT compliance data protection and network security across the campus Document IT processes maintain inventory and report regularly to school management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in an educational institution Strong knowledge of Windows Linux file servers fiber optic network systems firewalls and biometric devices Hands-on experience with LAN WAN system imaging data backup and cybersecurity practices Ability to troubleshoot hardware software networking issues independently Excellent communication organizational and time-management skills Preferred Certifications such as CCNA MCSA or equivalent are an added advantage Experience working in a Cambridge IB CBSE school environment To Apply Interested candidates should send their updated resume to principal sgischool in Job Type Full-time Advantages Food provided Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
