Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our internal IT systems servers and network infrastructure The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing system performance mentoring junior engineers and ensuring a secure and efficient IT workplace that supports our growing operations Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to internal users ensuring high system uptime and user satisfaction Oversee installation configuration and maintenance of hardware software and network resources Train and mentor junior system engineers sharing best practices in system management and operational efficiency Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency Execute software upgrades apply patches and perform system audits to maintain security and compliance Participate in the full system development lifecycle gathering requirements deploying infrastructure solutions and supporting implementation Manage database configurations installations and version upgrades across multiple systems Plan and execute server and network modifications based on business needs and budget considerations Monitor backup systems manage access controls and ensure disaster recovery readiness Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 2-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role Proficiency in managing Windows Linux environments firewalls and enterprise network configurations Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools virtualization platforms and security protocols Strong knowledge of databases MySQL PostgreSQL or similar and experience in their deployment and maintenance Familiarity with Active Directory DNS DHCP and cloud environments AWS Azure preferred Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Effective communicator with a collaborative approach Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive attitude Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
