We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities at our project site The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a solid understanding of construction processes and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and according to specifications supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Manage and allocate resources including labor materials and equipment Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues Maintain accurate site documentation including daily logs and progress reports Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in office Communicate project updates and challenges with the project manager and stakeholders Requirements Diploma Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety regulations Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
