Job Title House Office Cleaning Staff Male Female Department Operations Facilities Management Reports To Facilities Manager Team Lead Operations Manager Location Specify Location s - e g Residential Homes Commercial Offices etc Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and meticulous House Office Cleaning Staff to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across various residential and commercial properties The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a clean organized and secure environment for clients employees and visitors This role requires attention to detail reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Key Responsibilities General Cleaning Dusting and wiping down all surfaces desks tables shelves windowsills light fixtures etc Vacuuming carpets rugs and upholstery Sweeping and mopping hard floors tile wood laminate etc Emptying trash cans and replacing liners Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms including toilets sinks mirrors and replenishing supplies toilet paper soap paper towels Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen pantry areas including countertops sinks microwaves and appliances Cleaning glass surfaces windows mirrors glass partitions Wiping down doors doorframes and light switches Deep Cleaning as required Scrubbing and disinfecting floors Cleaning blinds and window treatments Polishing furniture and fixtures Spot cleaning walls and ceilings Cleaning baseboards and corners Detailed cleaning of specific areas as per client management request Waste Management Sorting and disposing of waste and recyclables according to established procedures Transporting waste to designated collection points Equipment Supplies Properly using and maintaining cleaning equipment vacuum cleaners mops buffers etc Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and reporting low inventory levels Adhering to safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment Safety Compliance Following all health and safety regulations and company policies Reporting any maintenance issues damages or safety hazards observed during cleaning Maintaining a clean and organized cleaning cart storage area Customer Service Professionalism Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with clients occupants and colleagues Respecting client privacy and confidentiality Communicating effectively with supervisors regarding tasks and issues Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 14 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
