Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Caretaker to oversee the cleanliness basic maintenance and general upkeep of an assigned floor within a building The ideal candidate will ensure that all common areas remain clean safe and well-maintained and will serve as the first point of contact for any floor-level maintenance or housekeeping issues Key Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of corridors stairwells restrooms and other common areas on the assigned floor Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping dusting and sanitizing surfaces Ensure garbage bins are emptied regularly and waste is properly disposed of Conduct regular inspections of the floor to identify any maintenance or safety issues Report repair needs e g leaks faulty lighting broken fixtures to the building supervisor or maintenance team Assist in minor repairs as required changing bulbs tightening fittings etc Coordinate with security and other staff to ensure safe and efficient floor operations Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when needed Support special cleaning or event setup tasks as assigned Requirements Prior experience as a Caretaker facility maintenance or a similar role preferred Basic understanding of building systems lighting plumbing etc Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks Reliable punctual and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and follow instructions Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Perks Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
