Senior AI Developer Team Lead Location Coimbatore Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI Developer Team Lead with 4 to 5 years of hands-on AI development experience in enterprise settings The ideal candidate will have led at least one full cycle of AI product development and possess up-to-date expertise in state-of-the-art AI frameworks and technologies Key Responsibilities Lead end to end AI product development from ideation and design through deployment and continuous improvement Architect develop and integrate robust AI ML models into enterprise systems ensuring scalability performance and maintainability Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including product managers engineers and data scientists to define requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of innovation high performance and continuous learning Evaluate select and advocate for best-in-class AI tools libraries and frameworks Maintain comprehensive documentation of models algorithms and processes Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and proactively introduce relevant innovations into products and workflows Ensure project milestone delivery quality standards and successful integration with ITSS and client infrastructures Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field 4 to 5 years experience in enterprise-grade AI ML development preferably in the fintech or banking sector Demonstrated track record of delivering at least one full cycle of an AI-powered product from ideation to production rollout Proficiency in Python and or Java with hands-on experience in AI ML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch and scikit-learn Strong knowledge of data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation techniques Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP for AI product deployment Working knowledge of RESTful APIs integration methodologies and ML operations in enterprise systems Proven analytical problem-solving and project management skills Excellent communication teamwork and leadership abilities Preferred Skills Experience in deploying AI in banking digital payments or core financial systems Familiarity with natural language processing computer vision and or advanced analytics Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps or MLOps practices Passion for mentoring and building talented technical teams Why ITSS Global Impact Work with industry leaders across continents Culture of Growth Learning upskilling and creative teamwork are core values Technology-Driven Join a future-ready rapidly growing company consistently recognized for digital excellence Interested applicants should submit a detailed CV and a portfolio of AI project work if available highlighting enterprise-level achievements Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Work Location In person
