Job Summary The Mechanical Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical works such as fabrication laser cutting HVAC piping structural steel or general metalworks based on project drawings specifications and scope This role involves analyzing project requirements sourcing material and labor costs and preparing competitive quotations and tenders Key Responsibilities Review and interpret mechanical drawings technical specifications and tender documents Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials labor equipment and subcontracted services Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to determine the most cost-effective solutions Coordinate with design and production teams to understand fabrication and manufacturing requirements Identify value engineering Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 31 07 2025
