JD: FOR HR Executive /overseas hiring, gulf recruitment blue-collar

Reporting to HR Manager.

 Assisting Recruitment Manager in day to day work

 Working on Assign requirements Blue collar.

 Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

 Support the recruitment/hiring process (Including Job posting, Mass Mailing/phone

Interviewing, Cold Calling, regular Communication with Candidates)

 Sourcing Profiles from Job Portals/Free job sites, Social Media etc.

 Finding candidates as per relevant, suitability of the job description provided

 Submitting candidates resume to the Senior HRs for further scrutiny or consideration.

 Formatting CV’s

 Making excel sheets

 Maintaining database of candidates.

 Asking references from candidates

 Scheduling candidates for interview, follow-up, documentation etc.

 Coordinating with Team regarding work.

Please note JD can be amended time to time.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
