We are looking for motivated associates with 2–5 years of experience to support our finance and advisory initiatives focused on process improvement, data visualization, and benchmarking. This role contributes to strategic decision-making through detailed analysis and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
- Support documentation of business processes and workflows using Visio
- Contribute to benchmarking efforts using APQC frameworks
- Help prepare visualizations and reports based on financial and operational data
- Participate in stakeholder discussions to gather feedback and refine processes
- Provide analytical support for decision-making activities
Educational Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance or Accounting from a premier institute
Required Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Visio
- Familiarity with APQC frameworks is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
