Job Opening: Accounts Executive – Reputed Medicine Distribution Firm, Kochi

We are a well-established pharmaceutical distribution company based in Kochi, looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Industry: Pharmaceutical Distribution

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, etc.)
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Reconcile accounts and coordinate with auditors and banks
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software (Tally prime)

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting (experience in pharma/wholesale preferred)
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
