JD for Python Developers

- Demonstrate robust hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance backend services using Python and FastAPI, including REST API design, asynchronous processing, dependency injection, and data validation.
- Lead and execute migration initiatives from legacy Perl-based systems to Python, performing codebase analysis, refactoring, business logic extraction, and phased modernization with minimal disruption.
- Apply solid understanding of software design principles such as SOLID, DRY, and separation of concerns to build maintainable and extensible architectures.
- Utilize established design patterns (e.g., Factory, Repository, Strategy, Adapter) to ensure clean code structure and scalable service design.
- Architect and deploy applications in hybrid environments spanning on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms, ensuring secure connectivity, data consistency, and workload distribution.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring strategies to support reliable deployments across both on-prem and cloud environments while maintaining performance and resilience standards.
