- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment
- Ability to handle End to End Recruitment process.
- Look after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting / sourc-ing potential candidates, scheduling their interview till closure.
- Sourcing candidates from various job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.
- Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates technical skills based on the requirements.
- Keeping track of candidate for future references.
- Excellent communication skill.
