We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires robust communication skills and the ability to handle client inquiries efficiently.

Duties

- Engage with clients via phone calls and emails to address their needs and concerns
- Assist clients with account inquiries and provide relevant information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients
- Maintain client records and ensure information is up-to-date
- Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service or client relations role is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Robust phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and client services
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a call center or customer support setting is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
