Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management/Housekeeping Management preferred).
- Certification in Hospital Housekeeping or Facility Management is desirable.

JD -

Housekeeping Operations

- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day housekeeping activities across all hospital areas, including OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency, Diagnostics, Offices, and Public Areas.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene throughout the hospital.
- Prepare and monitor housekeeping duty rosters and manpower deployment.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Ensure adequate cleaning frequency for patient care areas, washrooms, corridors, waiting areas, and administrative offices.
- Monitor deep cleaning schedules and terminal cleaning activities.

Infection Prevention & Control (IPC)

- Ensure strict adherence to hospital infection control policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the Infection Control Team for cleaning and disinfection protocols.
- Monitor proper use of disinfectants, cleaning chemicals, and PPE.
- Ensure isolation rooms and high-risk areas are cleaned as per hospital protocols.
- Participate in infection control audits and implement corrective actions.

Biomedical Waste Management

- Ensure proper segregation, collection, transportation, and disposal of biomedical waste as per Biomedical Waste Management Rules.
- Monitor compliance with color-coded waste segregation.
- Conduct regular audits and training related to biomedical waste management.

Quality & NABH Compliance

- Ensure compliance with NABH, statutory, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain housekeeping SOPs, policies, checklists, and documentation.




- Coordinate departmental audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain records of inspections, cleaning schedules, and quality indicators.

Manpower Management

- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
- Conduct induction and periodic training on housekeeping procedures, infection control, safety, and customer service.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of housekeeping staff.
- Manage outsourced housekeeping agencies, if applicable.

Inventory & Asset Management

- Maintain inventory of housekeeping materials, chemicals, consumables, equipment, and linen-related supplies.
- Ensure proper storage and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Monitor usage to minimize wastage and control departmental expenses.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of housekeeping equipment.

Patient & Customer Service

- Ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping-related complaints.
- Monitor patient and visitor feedback related to cleanliness.
- Coordinate with nursing, maintenance, biomedical, and other departments for smooth operations.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with fire safety, occupational health, and hospital safety policies.
- Conduct safety rounds and identify housekeeping-related hazards.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by housekeeping staff.
- Report incidents and implement corrective measures.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.
- Maintain cleaning schedules, attendance records, training records, audit reports, and inventory records.
- Submit departmental MIS reports to management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
