Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to a student, helping them participate confidently in classroom activities and develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individualized support to the assigned student during school hours.
- Assist the student in following classroom routines and completing academic tasks.
- Encourage independence while offering guidance when required.
- Support the student's social interactions and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with class teachers, special educators, and parents to ensure consistent progress.
- Observe and document the student's progress and share regular updates with the school team.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold a positive, inclusive learning environment.





Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience working with children, especially those with diverse learning needs, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to child-centered learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
