Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive – Meta & Google Ads
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can manage and scale campaigns across Meta & Google Ads while also understanding branding and creative strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Optimize ROAS, CAC & conversions
- Plan and execute growth campaigns
- Work with creative/content team on ad creatives & branding
- Analyze campaign performance and scale winning ads
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Solid understanding of performance marketing
- Knowledge of branding and creative strategy
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
- Experience in ecommerce/lead generation preferred
Experience: 1–3 Years
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹1,659,867.32 per month
