Company: Bharat Pharma Equipment (BPE), based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is a leading manufacturer of fully automatic, microprocessor-based Vision Inspection Machines and Vision-Based Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). With over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, we specialize in intelligent machine vision systems, automated inspection solutions, and custom industrial automation.

Role Description

- Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Search and identify potential customers using Google and other online sources.
- Send product catalogs, brochures, and videos to prospective customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and maintain inquiry records.
- Follow up with customers and support order conversion.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Mechanical teams.




- Perform basic Excel data entry and assist with administrative and purchase-related activities when required.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, IndiaMART handling, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Candidates with an Engineering-related qualification or Science background are preferred.
- Candidates with an Engineering background and knowledge of SolidWorks, who can effectively coordinate with the Mechanical Team, will be given preference.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and internet tools.
- Good follow-up skills, strong organizational ability, and a positive, self-motivated attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
