About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers over calls, understanding their requirements, and providing relevant information about the company’s products or services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products or services.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive interactions.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Meet assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional communication over calls.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Fluent in Hindi; English communication skills will be considered a bonus.
Qualifications
Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in selling ayurvedic products is an added advantage .
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
