Position: Back Office – Technical Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Back Office Technical Coordinator to support the Transformer Service Department by coordinating service activities, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring effective communication between customers and field service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate service schedules and engineer deployment.
- Prepare quotations, work orders, and service reports.
- Maintain customer and service records.
- Track AMC and breakdown service requests.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments.
- Monitor service completion and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports.




- Support billing and warranty documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years in technical coordination, customer support, or transformer service.

Technical Skills

- Service coordination.
- Technical documentation.
- Customer communication.
- MS Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of transformer service operations is preferred.
