Job description:

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage purchase, sales, and stock accounting related to jewellery business
- Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts
- Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely filing
- Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance
- Maintain records for gold, diamond, and other inventory transactions
- Coordinate with auditors for financial statements and tax audits
- Generate monthly financial reports and MIS reports
- Monitor receivables and payables
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing procedures
- Experience in jewellery accounting (gold rate calculation, wastage, making charges, etc.)
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software




- Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential financial information

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Experience in handling GST, TDS, and statutory filings is mandatory
- OFFICE TIMING : 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM
- Monday to Saturday / Sunday holiday
