Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Relationship Manager to join our energetic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and a proven track record in client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment horizons to recommend suitable products and services.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new business development and cross-selling within the existing client base.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to discuss portfolio performance, market trends,



and updated financial strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, wealth advisors, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, financial products, and regulatory changes relevant to client portfolios.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and proposals to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client portfolios and transactions.
