Job Purpose
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sector.
- Knowledge of automotive or Discrete manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Expertise in BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart process mapping.
- Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, or Protected methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
- Communication skills must be strong. May have to travel to Europe to meet with teams there.
- Must have a valid passport.
