- Receive and process cash, cheques, and electronic payments from customers and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate cash books, petty cash records, and daily cash reports.
- Reconcile cash receipts with invoices, sales reports, and bank deposits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash summaries for management review.
- Assist in accounts reconciliation and liaise with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the billing and invoicing process for automotive sales, service, and parts transactions.
- Coordinate with banks for deposits, withdrawals, and cash management activities.
- Handle customer inquiries related to payments and receipts professionally.
- Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
