Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Dial Indicators, and Surface Roughness Testers.
- Conduct dimensional inspections and maintain inspection records.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints and support root cause analysis.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
- Monitor process quality and recommend improvements to reduce defects.




- Coordinate with Production, CNC, Grinding, Honing, and Plating departments to ensure quality compliance.
- Participate in internal quality audits and customer audits.
- Ensure calibration records of measuring instruments are maintained.
- Prepare PPAP, FAI, Inspection Reports, NCRs, and other quality documents when required.
- Maintain 5S and safety standards within the quality department.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
