OCG is an implementation-first consulting firm for MSMEs. We install systems and driveresults, not PPTs.
- You will be the senior OCG person at client site. Work directly with MD as their shadow.- Diagnose current HR problems and implement full HR system : JD, KRA, PMS, appraisal,incentives, policies, HRMS.
- Automate all manual HR work using HRMS, Sheets.- Work with Sales Head to implement sales process: lead tracking, pipeline, daily review,incentive plan.
- Work with Ops to implement SOP, reporting structure, production planning, OTIF tracking,cost dashboards and weekly MIS.
- Set up review rhythms with promoter. Drive numbers: attrition down, sales up, cost down,productivity up.
- Handle client objections and convert "this won’t work" into "this is done".
- Own project deadlines, timeline, scope and measurable business impact.
- Mentor junior Consultants and build team under you
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
