Job Description: Site survey for the execution of contract. If required. Site measurements start from initial to completion of project till the handover. Preparation of bills and timely submission to the clients along with the progress of
work. Checking the BOQ qty Vs Actual Qty at site and application qty as per approved
drawings to get correct certification from the client. Smooth coordination with the site team to get all the data timely and execution
service on time to avoid the delay for completion of work. Responsible for completion and handing over the site with the complete list with final
billing.
Coordination with Client for billing and payments. Prepare bill of quantities. Prepare project timelines. Client Communication and correspondence. Responsible to do surveys including site measurements. The candidate will be responsible for highlighting foreseen problems & delays in
advance escalating to the project manager. Desired Candidate Skills: · Experience – 2 Yrs to 3 Yrs
