We are looking for a dynamic and creative Interior Designer with solid sales acumen in the furniture industry. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing design solutions, and driving sales by recommending suitable furniture and décor products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with walk-in clients and understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Provide design consultation, including furniture layouts, color schemes, and space planning.
- Recommend and sell furniture products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and aesthetics.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and 2D/3D layouts (if required).
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product value and design concepts.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in furniture design, materials, and interior styling.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software (preferred).
