GST regulations, ensuring accurate and timely filing of GST returns i.e. GSTR1, GSTR3B, Annual GST filing with 9C, advising on GST implications for business decisions, and collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to GST guidelines.

TDS regulations, TDS Return filing deposit rules

Accounting Key Responsibilities

Tax Compliance:

Stay updated on the latest GST and TDS laws, regulations, and updates.

Ensure the compliance with GST and TDS laws and guidelines.

Review and interpret GST and TDS legislation to provide guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

GST and TDS Return Filing:

Prepare and file GST and TDS returns accurately and within the prescribed timelines.

Verify and reconcile GST data to ensure accuracy and compliance. 2A, 2B and Books

Reconciliation of 26AS from Books

Address any discrepancies or issues in GST and TDS filings promptly.

Audit Support:

Provide Support GST and TDS audits.

Build necessary documentation and information to support GST audit processes.





Advice to Management based on the situation and requirements

Providing Reconciliation of TDS Deposit and Books

Maintaining records of Challans/Returns data properly.

Qualifications And Skills

Qualified CWA, Semi qualified CA ( who is not pursuing studies), Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field.

Experience : 3-4 Years

Experience in CA firm will be preferred in the same role.

Positive knowledge of GST laws, Direct Tax Law and regulations.

Proven experience in GST and TDS compliance and return filing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Reasonable communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Proficient in relevant accounting (preference Netsuite/Oracle) and tax software (Web E)

Ready to take the initiative and other roles when required.
