The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing solar materials and equipment while ensuring accurate inventory records and maintaining a safe, clean, and productive warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming solar materials and equipment.
- Pick, pack, and issue materials for project sites as per approved requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/warehouse management system.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of solar panels, inverters, batteries, cables, and other equipment to prevent damage.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Projects, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material movement.
- Report stock shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies to the Warehouse In-Charge.
- Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Diploma; a bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
- Ability to lift and move warehouse materials safely.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
