About the Role:
Computers Network and Telecom India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Talent Acquisition. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles while ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates using job portals, qualified networking platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial HR screening, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.




- Support routine HR operations, employee documentation, and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resources preffered.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Practical experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,870.07 - ₹33,231.38 per month
