We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process-Customer Support role.

This chance is ideal for Freshers candidates or who have minimum of 6months in Voice Support or Non voice support, and passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound international customer calls

Provide technical support and issue resolution

Deliver high-quality customer service

Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Shift & Work Details:

Work from Office

24/7 Rotational Shifts

5-day work week with 2 days rotational offs.

One-way cab facility provided (up to 25 km radius based on shift timing)

Travelling Allowance: 3,500/-

Performance Based Incentives: 2,750/-

Note- Freshers with Good Communication Skills can Apply.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on tasks and pending items

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution
